Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–10 years of related experience in service delivery.
• Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent preferred.
• An ideal candidate will have the skills to provide leadership and management to a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Implement and advance customer care plans.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor performance using quality metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and manage the department budget.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff while ensuring accountability.
