Job summary

Blue River Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Nurse to provide nursing support for residents in our residential settings. You will monitor health concerns, consult on care plans, train staff, review medication records, and support care plan implementation while upholding confidentiality.

You will maintain safety standards, coordinate follow-up reporting, and ensure accuracy in documentation. This is a full-time, non-exempt role on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8am–4pm) under the Residential SGL

Qualifications

• Must be a State licensed LPN in Indiana supervised by an RN.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• CPR, First Aid, and Preventing Disease Transmission certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents for minor illnesses, injuries, or emergencies.
• Consult on health aspects of care plans.
• Review medication records, audits, appointments, and labs.
• Train staff in health-related procedures and disease signs.
• Prepare end-of-month health care summaries and reports.
