Job summary

Vivmark is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance at two or more Equity Residential communities. You will respond to resident requests, complete make-ready work, and maintain common areas while upholding brand standards and superior service.

This role requires flexibility for on-call emergencies and weekend shifts. Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC (if applicable), and interior repairs and painting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready work and maintenance tasks across two or more communities.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and handle on-call emergency service as required.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager and participate in scheduled maintenance.
