Centier Bank is seeking a Residential Mortgage Originator to solicit referrals, interview applicants, and manage the loan process across the Indiana market. The role emphasizes strong relationships with realtors and builders and requires thorough documentation and compliance.

The candidate will participate in closings, achieve monthly production targets, and coordinate with the origination staff to deliver efficient loan processing while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3 years commissioned lending experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Windows PC, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Solicit referral sources (realtors, builders, and related parties) to generate mortgage loan opportunities.
• Interview loan applicants and document income, debt, credit, and employment information.
• Review income tax returns, W-2s, purchase agreements, and other documents for loan processing.
• Submit applications with supporting documents to loan processing and manage day-to-day origination team duties.
• Meet monthly production goals and participate in loan closings.
• Adhere to bank policies and government regulations; maintain high client service standards.
