Job summary

KS StateBank in Manhattan is seeking a Residential Lending Mortgage Processor to support our Mortgage Loan Originators and Documentation Manager in handling residential real estate first mortgages. You will work with Realtors, investor processing centers and title companies to ensure compliant documentation.

We emphasize completing accurate documentation, coordinating closings, and maintaining pipeline reports while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of residential lending processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass and Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy.
• Coordinate closing documentation and appointments with title companies.
• Compile and maintain pipeline reports.
