Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, finance, or business management.
• Two to four years of banking or paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage and equity documents for accuracy per federal/state guidelines and investor standards.
• Review Closing Disclosures using TRID and ensure recording fees are accurate.
• Manage post-closing pipelines in Encompass and resolve missing/incorrect information.
• Ensure documents needed for funding, booking, and secondary market are received within deadlines.
• Assist with monthly investor reports and coordinate with Secondary Market Manager to obtain missing documents.
• Scan and archive closing documents into Encompass and file Promissory Notes appropriately.
• Assist in annual audits and maintain complete digital file records.
