Job summary

Central Bank in Naples, FL seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator to build relationships and secure mortgage financing for homebuyers. You will drive loan opportunities, guide applicants through the lending process, and collaborate with Realtors, processors, and other partners to ensure a smooth closing.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of origination experience, strong sales and communication skills, and working knowledge of lending guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Strong sales, business development, and relationship-management skills.
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending practices and underwriting guidelines.
• Proficiency with origination systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential real estate loans in accordance with lending policies.
• Develop new business through referrals and community relationships.
• Interview applicants, gather documents, and evaluate financials.
• Educate customers on loan products and the application process.
• Manage a mortgage pipeline with timely follow-up and service.
