Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to act as the main contact for members throughout the mortgage process. You will gather documents, prepare files for underwriting, and ensure timely, accurate processing from disclosure to closing.

Ideal candidates have a two-year college degree or loan processing experience in a financial setting, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent required.
• Two years of loan processing experience preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for members throughout the mortgage process.
• Gather required documentation and prepare files for underwriting.
• Provide ongoing communication to members during the loan process.
• Ensure loan files comply with current regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with appraisers, title companies and other parties.
