Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field or 5+ years mortgage lending experience.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA, etc.).
• Guide applicants from application to closing.
• Analyze borrower financials to determine eligibility.
• Ensure loan applications and docs meet regulatory standards.
• Build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Cross-sell bank products to meet client needs.
• Stay current on mortgage lending regulations and market trends.
