• Three to five years of residential mortgage lending experience, with emphasis in mortgage closing operations, document review, and funding coordination.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage products, loan documentation requirements, closing procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to review and prepare closing packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending policies.
• Strong understanding of the residential mortgage closing and funding process, including coordination with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and internal lending staff.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all residential loan information and documentation are accurate, complete and compliant with lending guidelines (TRID, HMDA, Truth-in-Lending, OFAC, Fact Act, Reg B, RESPA).
• Create, review, and deliver Closing Disclosures within regulatory guidelines.
• QC loan files before closing to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Arrange loan closings, maintain closing calendar, prepare and forward closing packages and documents to relevant parties.
• Ensure loans to be sold to the secondary market are received from attorneys in a timely fashion to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate final transmittals and verify all loan file documentation, ensuring alignment with LPA and Encompass.
