Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in psychology, social work, education, criminal justice, or related mental health field preferred, not required.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to monitor residents safely.
• Experience in residential mental/behavioral health setting preferred.
• Must be 19+ and pass drug screen and background check including relevant checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents with psychiatric disorders; ensure safety and well-being.
• Primarily responsible for resident safety on the unit using a therapeutic approach; assist with daily activities and group facilitation.
