Qualifications

• Ability to follow medical and regulatory procedures precisely while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely, accurately, and at prescribed times.
• Verify patient identity, medication, dosage, route, and time prior to administration.
• Document all medication administration events in MAR and maintain records.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure storage of medications and controlled substances.
• Report medication errors or concerns per protocol and communicate with CARE Team Leads.
• Observe individuals during and after administration for adverse reactions and document observations.
• Travel occasionally for training, conferences, or meetings as needed.
• Uphold trauma-informed care practices and professional boundaries.
