Job summary

Victory Housing is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to administer medications to residents in a safe, organized manner and to document medication assistance and resident care. The role requires strong communication with residents, families, and the care team, with the ability to observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician with ability to administer medications.
• Strong communication with residents and families.
• Knowledge of EMAR and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per MAR using EMAR.
• Document completion of med-pass and resident status updates.
• Maintain orderliness of medication cart and Wellness Center.
• Adhere to universal precautions and infection control protocols.
• Assist with resident care and safety as needed.
