ServiceNet in Greenfield, MA is hiring a Residential Medication Support Specialist for a direct-care role in a residential SUD program. You will support safe medication management, storage, handling, and documentation, and assist clients with self-administration as appropriate.

This full-time position requires training staff, coordinating with providers and pharmacies, and ensuring compliance with BSAS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Specialist training certificate BSAS required (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
• CPR, First Aid, and Narcan certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to or upon hire).
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on medication administration and procedures.
• Coordinate refills and changes with providers.
• Document orders and monitor storage and temperatures.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Monitor medication counts and incident reporting.

Education
