Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a House Manager - Medication Specialist in Greenfield, MA to support daily operations and residential programming within a substance use recovery program. This role ensures medication administration accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-call availability as needed.

The candidate will collaborate with the Program Manager, oversee admissions and resident support, and train staff in medication duties while maintaining detailed records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BSAS Medication Specialist training certificate required (or willingness to obtain during orientation), with annual recertification.
• CPR, First Aid, and Narcan certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to or upon hire).
• Must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with a substance use disorder population.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager in daily operations of the program.
• Coordinate purchasing food and supplies and maintain inventory.
• Oversee admissions of new residents and readiness of client bedrooms.
• Facilitate weekly orientation group and manage client file scanning/uploading.
