Job summary

Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. is seeking a Residential Medical Coordinator to manage administrative and clinical processes for a residential program in Johnstown, PA.

You will train staff on medication administration, audit records, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating care across multiple group homes. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and a commitment to person-centered care in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and associated degree or higher in Medical Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Supervisory experience in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Experience with medical documentation, regulatory compliance, healthcare records, or coordinating medical services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as essential part of residential management, ensuring health, safety, and well-being of individuals we support.
• Serve as primary medication administration trainer and coach employees on medication administration; complete observations and track training.
• Audit medication records, medical documentation, equipment, and homes for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist team with appointment coordination; review medical forms, maintain records, and ensure follow-up instructions are followed.
• Report medical incidents promptly; complete documentation and ensure corrective actions by deadlines.
• Conduct routine visits to group homes to review storage, medical binders, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent medical concerns outside hours.
