One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC installers for residential and light-commercial installations in the Greater Hartford area. You will handle equipment changes, ductwork fit-up, thermostat integration, and complete startup, testing, and commissioning with strict adherence to code and manufacturer specs.

The role welcomes technicians at various levels; a proactive approach to learning and leadership is encouraged as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC install or replacement experience with strong mechanical troubleshooting.
• Residential experience preferred; related HVAC backgrounds considered.
• Light-commercial installation or service/install crossover translates well.
• No prior lead or management experience required; opportunities to grow as we expand.

Responsabilités
