One Call Electrical, Heating & Cooling Service is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential installations and ensure top workmanship on every job.

Lead furnace, A/C and heat pump installs, perform ductwork and upgrades, train junior helpers, and keep worksites clean and safe while delivering customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience (change-outs, ductwork, code compliance).
• Leadership skills and ability to train helpers.
• Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right the first time.
• Willingness to follow high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer communication.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-quality residential HVAC system installations (furnace, A/C, heat pump, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs and carry tools/equipment up to 250 feet
• Climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
• Operate handheld tools and work safely with electricity and sharp tools
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and tight spaces
