Qualifications

• College degree preferred. May use a combination of education and/or experience that meet the requirements for this position.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required; four (4) preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50lbs.
• Be able to perform all physical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Residential Managers.
• Ensure safety, shelter, and serenity for residents and maintain compliance.
• Conduct Life Plan meetings, assessments, or other meetings with residents and service providers.
• Conduct clinical and administrative reviews of habilitation plans, monthly notes, and Medicaid billing for compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, PTO, and staff performance reports.
• Coordinate with families and treatment teams; participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure fire drills are conducted and safety hazards are addressed.
