Springbrook is seeking a compassionate Residential Manager to lead one or more Community Homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. The role oversees DSP teams, ensures safety, and fosters meaningful choice, dignity, and person-centered planning.

You will manage staff schedules, training, compliance, and regulatory requirements, conduct meetings, coordinate with families and providers, and maintain records while upholding Springbrook's mission

Formación

• College degree preferred; may combine education and experience.
• Minimum three years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience; four preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication; interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn Springbrook operating systems and all applicable software.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule is typically Monday–Friday 8am–4pm with one weekend day per month; may vary.
• Participate on 24-hour on-call rotation for health and safety.
• Hire, train, supervise, engage and retain Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure staff support personal outcomes, safety and security of individuals receiving services.
• Conduct Life Plan meetings, assessments, and coordinate with providers.
