Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician II to perform maintenance and repairs on vacant residential properties in the Dallas area. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance tasks, ensuring quick turnovers and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires 3+ years of residential experience, EPA Type II certification or willingness to obtain, and the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. A valid driver's license and basic tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Refrigerant certification Type II or willingness to pursue certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ residential maintenance, service and repair experience.
• Ability to assess and diagnose malfunctions in residential structures and systems.
• Must provide own basic diagnostic tools for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and preventative tasks on residential properties.
• Inspections and service requests including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Communicate with management and residents; enter service notes and photos.
• Keep fleet vehicle clean and maintained; manage inventory per guidelines.
