Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT in Kentucky seeks a hardworking Maintenance Technician to perform painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work and landscaping for our manufactured home communities.

The ideal candidate will work autonomously, follow health and safety guidelines, and deliver quality service to residents. A high school diploma is required; CMRP is a plus, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property/building maintenance preferred.
• CMRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Paint, remodel and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain heating, plumbing, electrical systems and landscaping.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs (locks/windows) and pest control tasks.
• Keep grounds tidy and assist in budget preparation.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
