Job summary

Inclusive Housing Resources (IHR) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for residential properties in Fairfield, OH. You will perform repairs and routine maintenance across occupied homes, following clear work orders and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of hands-on maintenance experience, is able to lift up to 50 lbs, and can work independently on a Monday–Friday schedule with a provided company vehicle and tools. Training is paid, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on residential or building maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders across multiple housing locations.
• Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot issues and make repairs correctly the first time.
• Prioritize work orders and manage time independently.
• Maintain a professional presence when working in occupied homes.
