Job summary

Archway Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to safeguard and maintain affordable-housing properties across the Denver metro area. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, complete work orders, support unit turns, and participate in preventive maintenance programs with a resident-first approach.

The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in general maintenance, and committed to safety and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential maintenance or facilities management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Inspect units and common areas; perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with HVAC filter changes and safety tasks.
• Prepare units for new residents and document completion of work.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Interact professionally with residents and coordinate with management.
