Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. The role includes preventative maintenance and groundskeeping to maintain a safe, well-kept community.

This temporary assignment supports a leave of absence, with shift Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm. HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to work independently or with a team are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of housing laws helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify repairs or replacements.
• Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–5pm, with 1 hour meal break.
