Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to process work orders and log hours using apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective service to residents and Community Managers.
• Respond to and troubleshoot all resident maintenance requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
