Pfefferle Companies Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to join our multisite team. You will perform general maintenance across residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventive tasks, while ensuring safety and quality.

You may be on-call every third weekend and report to the Multi-Family Department Manager. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of residential maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, strong customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ Years of experience with residential maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize projects, requests, and deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows and doors.
• Carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs as part of routine maintenance.
• Operate HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean working environment and safety procedures.
