Schochet Companies seeks a Maintenance Technician for a 230-unit property in Orange, MA. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, complete work orders, and assist with turnover tasks while supporting on-call rotations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances repair.
• Residential property maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be able to perform on-call duties and basic inspections.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from residents and apartment turnovers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow emergency procedures.
• Assist with property inspections and on-call rotations as needed.
