Job summary

Cornerstone Residential in Idaho Falls is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and residential spaces.

This full-time, hourly role requires responding to service requests, repairing appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and completing preventative maintenance. Qualifications

• Two years of general residential maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and energy systems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management service requests for units.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspect vacant units.
• Work on-call, weekends, and overtime as needed.
