Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure vacant units are prepared for occupancy, including painting and repairs.
• Maintain the accuracy of the work order system and log necessary actions.
