Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime or community coverage.
• Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Maintain grounds through landscaping and seasonal upkeep.
• Respond to work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on-call coverage.
