Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance across units and common areas.
- Paint, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning tasks.
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal including snow/ice removal.
- Respond to work orders promptly and cover on-call rotations.
- Ensure safety and compliance with property standards.
