Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements.
• 2 years of maintenance experience is required.

• Current license/certificate in building trades is needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
• Perform minor repairs such as drywall patching and painting.
• Maintain the property's grounds including lawn care and snow removal.
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues.
