Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks for units, buildings, and grounds.
• Generate and close maintenance work orders; assist with inventory and safety compliance.
• Conduct unit, buildings, and facilities inspections per HQS and HUD standards.
• Carry out routine grounds-keeping duties and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies during on-call shifts; work independently or in a team.
