Responsibilities include documenting work orders, maintaining safety standards, and reporting issues to the Maintenance Supervisor. A valid driver's license and a safety-conscious approach are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety rules.
• Knowledge of electrical, heating, plumbing and related building systems.
• Willingness to perform maintenance beyond core duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance and fixture repairs, and minor carpentry tasks.
• Handle plumbing fixes such as clogs and fittings replacements.
• Paint, clean, and perform general repairs in units and common areas.
• Record preventive maintenance activities and track work orders.
• Identify shutoffs and assist in safety inspections per regulations.
• Respond to requests within 24 hours when possible and maintain records.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and property team on tasks.
