Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and report unusual circumstances.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call service and after-hours responses.
