Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance or general construction experience preferred.
• Experience in multifamily housing or residential properties.
• Knowledge of common residential repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures, locks, appliances).
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures, locks, and appliances.
• Support unit turns, preventive maintenance, and property inspections.
• Document repairs and maintain organized work orders.
• Communicate with residents and Property Managers as needed.
