Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience is preferred.
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle all facets of the make-ready process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Ensure upkeep of community appearance.
• Accurately complete records in Onesite.
