Consolidated Asset Management in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair duties across the community, including preparing units for new residents and ensuring systems are in proper working order.

The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, with on-site tasks and on-call emergencies. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• EPA or HVAC certifications are a plus; driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues in units and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and make-readies for new residents.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of property including grounds and amenities.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools; notify supervisor of needs.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; participate in on-call rotation.
• Assist with snow removal, pool maintenance, and seasonal tasks as needed.
