Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect and maintain common areas and grounds for cleanliness and appeal.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and pools.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and address 24-hour emergencies.
• Prepare apartments for new residents following standards.
• Maintain safety, use and care of tools, and follow company procedures.
