Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• HVAC certification required; pool certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect and maintain common areas and grounds for cleanliness and appeal.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartments, exteriors, and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances).
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and respond to 24-hour emergencies.
• Prepare apartments for new residents per standards and maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain safety procedures and log maintenance records.
• Assist with projects as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
