Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential apartment setting.
• Knowledge and on-the-job experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration.
• Certified Pool Operators License and Type II Refrigerant Certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work order requests.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems.
• Assist in unit-to-unit inspections.
