Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
• Complete repair tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Participate in site-level preventative maintenance inspections.
