Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a multi-family setting.
• Must possess HVAC Certification.
• Valid Driver's License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready units and monitor condition of move-ins.
• Respond to routine work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain swimming pool and common areas.
• Monitor security for vacant units and common facilities.
• Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance.
