Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on apartments, buildings, and common areas.
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and related systems.
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and update logs.
Maintain organized stock rooms, tools, and maintenance areas.
