Job summary

Olympus Property in Midland, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to support the service and office teams in maintaining property facilities and apartments to high standards.

This full-time position requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and an EPA/HVAC license. You will perform repairs, preventatives, and track requests using our maintenance software while supporting grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems; EPA/HVAC license preferred or required.
• Full-time availability, Mon-Fri, 9 AM–6 PM; emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and HVAC diagnostics, replace filters and clean coils.
• Repair or replace kitchen appliances and fixtures; electrical and lock systems.
• Track service requests in maintenance software and maintain shop inventory.
• Assist with grounds and common areas, and support Lead Technician on priorities.
