Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Wheeling, IL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs in the apartment community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and to install new appliances as needed. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

This on-site position follows a Tue–Sat 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule with on-call rotations every other week. HVAC knowledge and EPA Type I/II certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC knowledge and EPA Type I/II certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills required.
• On-call and after-hours availability required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and ensure timely completion of service orders.
• Comply with OSHA, health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
