Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team in the Wheeling area. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical issues across our apartment communities, install appliances as needed, and respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.

We value on-time problem solving, clear communication, and teamwork. The role includes on-call duties Tuesday–Saturday, with a two-week rotation, and requires lifting up

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking and deadline management.
• On-call Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; 2 weeks on-call in rotation.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
