Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team for customer service.
• Ability to read and follow policies and procedures including safety and maintenance guidelines.
• Knowledge of PPE usage and SDS handling.
• Understanding of emergency systems and shutoffs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, safety systems, flooring, and related areas.
• Completes service requests on time and adheres to company standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly and performs turnkey work.
• Performs apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Maintains a strong safety culture by following Vivmark policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding per company standards.
