2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multifamily management, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Cedar Lakes Apartments in Lake St Louis, MO. Respond to maintenance requests and ensure the property meets our standards and laws.

This full-time role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair. We offer medical/dental/vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting resident satisfaction and retention goals.
• Install control and distribution apparatus using hand and power tools.
• Inspect buildings and equipment, detect hazards, and recommend adjustments or replacements.
• Repair or assist in repair of faulty equipment or systems.
• Read temperatures/pressures and monitor equipment, service HVAC systems.
• Maintain building access systems and ensure safety and accessibility.
• Complete maintenance requests per staff guidance, observing privacy rules.
• Notify management of major repairs or additions.
